Terms and Conditions
Owners are to agree to ensure their pet is fit and well with no signs of illness when presented for grooming and boarding.
Owners are to disclose any aggressive tendencies they have previously been made aware off by other groomers or boarders/daycare businesses
If owners are notified that their pet is aggressive or has bitten they are no longer able to be offered services by Tails Grooming and Pet Services. Owners are also obligated to make future service providers aware.
Owners will update Tails Grooming and Pet Services with relevant health information about their pet as conditions occur (skin issues, joint/mobility issues etc).
24 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or change of grooming appointments otherwise full cost of the appointment will be levied.
Cancellation of Boarding needs to have a minimum of 1 weeks’ notice otherwise 50% of the boarding will be levied, less than 48 hours of boarding 75% of the cost of boarding will be levied.
Cancellation of daycare less than 48 hours full cost of the day care will be levied.
Parasitic control is solely the responsibility of the pet owner, pets found to be carrying fleas, lice or mites will be subjected to a £15 surcharge. In the event of an infestation requiring total shut down of services there is a charge of £50.
In the event Tails Grooming and Pet Services are unable to provide services due to behaviour, health or safety issues the service will be terminated and a standard minimum service charge of £30 will be applied.
